Josh St. John
Josh has over ten years of client and online marketing professional experience. Most recently, he was the manager of online marketing for Lulu.com, where he managed all online customer acquisition and retention initiatives, including paid search, SEO, email, social media, affiliate program and on-site promotions. Through analytics-based decision-making, segmentation, A/B and multivariate testing along with sound strategic planning, his team exceeded all conversion goals since the group's inception.
As director of client strategy, Josh is responsible for ensuring that the opportunities, threats, obstacles, cultures and overall goals of our clients are understood, and that the most valuable strategic plans are laid out, executed and continuously optimized. In addition to his online marketing background, Josh draws from experience managing past collaborative relationships with partners of all sizes, including Hewlett-Packard, FoxSports, NCAA and Columbia University.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Josh received his Bachelor of Science in health sciences and business administration from Ohio University, and his MBA from North Carolina State University, with concentrations in both marketing and product innovation. Away from the office, Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, playing ice hockey, golf and fishing.
