As analytics manager, you'll have a critical and high-profile position within the company, since all testing strategy relies on data as the backbone for success. You'll learn new skillsets quickly and have an integral part in shaping the success of Brooks Bell.

Responsibilities
  • Execute day-to-day reporting used by client teams
  • Enhance current reporting efficiencies by maximizing automation opportunities
  • Analyze and translate data into a concise, logical, and digestible format for internal and client-facing interactions
  • Setup, execute and monitor campaigns using various testing tools
  • Work closely with development team to ensure testing and data accuracy
  • Present test results and insights to clients
  • Switch gears quickly between different tests and analysis spanning across different clients
  • Add efficiency and value to the Brooks Bell testing process
  • Hold sessions to educate teams on analytics and test insights
  • Use data to build the foundation of test strategies
  • Live the Brooks Bell core values
 
Skillset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Adobe SiteCatalyst and/or Google Analytics
  • Excel "ninja" a must
  • PowerPoint "sub-ninja" level
  • Basic stats
  • Effective communication skills
  • GWO and T&T experience a huge plus
  • HTML, SQL, JS, knowledge a plus
